You can create an account by clicking the ‘Subscribe Now’ button on the membership page.

Check your Spam folder. If it’s not there, contact us and we’ll resend it.

The ‘Account has expired’ message means your account is currently in the renewal window. Once the renewal is complete (this can take up to 24 hours), you’ll be able to log in normally. No action is needed on your part.

If you notice a duplicate charge, contact us right away! We’ll review your account, cancel any extra subscriptions, and process your full refund.

To cancel your subscription, contact us with your account username, and we’ll cancel it for you, or follow these steps:

1. Log in to your PayPal account.
2. Go to Settings (⚙️) → Payments → Manage Automatic Payments.
3. Find Lorenovels in the list and click on it.
4. Select Cancel to end your subscription.

It’s easy! Since you already have an account, you just need to subscribe again to reactivate it. Click the ‘Subscribe Now’ button on the membership page, and you’ll be able to log in immediately.
