Accounts are only created when you subscribe. Click ‘Subscribe Now’ on the membership page to get started.

Check your Spam folder. If it’s not there, contact us and we’ll resend it.

The “Account has expired” message appears because your account is waiting for PayPal to process the renewal. Once completed (usually within 24 hours), your account will be active again and you can log in normally. No action is needed on your part.

If you notice a duplicate charge, contact us right away! We’ll review your account, cancel any extra subscriptions, and process your full refund.

To cancel your subscription, you can contact us and we’ll take care of it, or follow these steps:

1. Log in to your PayPal account.
2. Go to Settings (⚙️) → Payments → Manage Automatic Payments.
3. Find Lorenovels in the list and click on it.
4. Select Cancel to end your subscription.

It’s easy! Since you already have an account, you just need to subscribe again to reactivate it. Click the ‘Subscribe Now’ button on the membership page, and you’ll be able to log in immediately.
